Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe
You must request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- The product must show no signs of use, damage, or wear.
- The built-in storage must be completely clear of any data.
Proof of Purchase
You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Tzuka Support
Email us at support@tzuka.com to let us know of your intention to return the product.
Include your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase in your request.
Generate your returns QR code
- Our logistics partner Rapid Pack handle all our shipping needs.
- Head to Rapid Packs portal on the Royal Mail returns website here.
- Fill in the required information to generate your returns label.
Ship the package back to us
- Pack all contents into the original packaging that was sent to you.
- Take your returns parcel and your QR code to your local Post Office.
- Show your QR code to the Customer Service Attendant who will print your returns label and attach it to your parcel.
- Your parcel will now be returned to us and a refund will be issued back to you within 10 days of us receiving your return, as long as the eligibility for returns criteria have been met.
Refunds
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
This returns policy does not cover:
Products Damaged by Misuse
- Items that are damaged, modified, or show signs of improper use.
- Personalized or Customized Products:
- Products that have been specifically customized for you are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Digital Downloads:
- Any downloaded music, podcasts, or other digital content cannot be refunded.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your Tzuka earbuds arrive damaged or develop a fault within 14 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Additional Notes
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Local Laws
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
