Frequently asked questions

How do I reserve a pair of earbuds?

To reserve your pair of TZ7 Ultra earbuds, please place a £20 holding deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the final price when you complete your order.

How will I be notified that my order is ready for completion?

We will notify you via email that your order is ready, and the final balance can be taken. Customers must complete their purchase within 7 days of being notified that orders are ready for completion. If the purchase is not completed within this period, the reserved earbuds will be released for sale to other customers, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Is my £20 deposit refundable?

The deposit is only refundable if we are unable to fulfill orders before the 31st of December 2025.

What happens if I don’t complete my purchase in time?

You’ll have 7 days to complete your order and redeem your reserved pair. If you don’t complete the purchase, your earbuds will be released for others to buy, and your deposit won’t be refunded.

When will my Tzuka earbuds be shipped?

Orders are expected to be fulfilled before December 31st 2025. If there are delays beyond this, you can request a deposit refund.

What shipping options are available, and do I need to pay?

We offer standard and express shipping options. In the UK, standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free, but express options are also available for a small additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Additional shipping fees apply for orders outside the UK. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What is the returns policy?

After receiving your earbuds, you can return unused products within 14 days for a full refund. Contact our support team to initiate a return at info@tzuka.com.

The Active Leash secures your earbuds to a cord that sits around the back of your neck. Should your earbuds become dislodged during swimming or exercise, they will simply hang around your neck.

Is the Tzuka app available on all devices?

The Tzuka app is available on iOS and Android devices.

How do I activate my 2 year limited warranty?

Your warranty is activated by registering your earbuds in-app, and is valid from the date of purchase. Keep your order confirmation for proof of coverage.
