Frequently asked questions
To reserve your pair of TZ7 Ultra earbuds, please place a £20 holding deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the final price when you complete your order.
We will notify you via email that your order is ready, and the final balance can be taken. Customers must complete their purchase within 7 days of being notified that orders are ready for completion. If the purchase is not completed within this period, the reserved earbuds will be released for sale to other customers, and the deposit will be forfeited.
The deposit is only refundable if we are unable to fulfill orders before the 31st of December 2025.
You’ll have 7 days to complete your order and redeem your reserved pair. If you don’t complete the purchase, your earbuds will be released for others to buy, and your deposit won’t be refunded.
Orders are expected to be fulfilled before December 31st 2025. If there are delays beyond this, you can request a deposit refund.
We offer standard and express shipping options. In the UK, standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free, but express options are also available for a small additional cost.
