Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of high order volumes, processing times may take longer. Any delays will be communicated via email.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.

Express Shipping

Faster delivery within 1–2 business days (additional fees apply).

Next-Day Delivery

Available for orders placed before 2pm on business days (additional fees apply).

Domestic Shipping

Shipping Times

Standard delivery: 3–4 business days. Express delivery: 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

International Shipping

Shipping Times

Pre-orders are currently shipped to the United Kingdom only. International customers who place a pre-order will be notified once we have obtained the required certification to ship to their country, at which point their order will be dispatched.

Shipping Costs

International shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed when shipping becomes available in your region. We will contact you directly before processing your shipment.

Please note: International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to appear.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

For damaged items, please contact us at info@tzuka.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

If your order is lost or missing, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
