Tzuka earbuds are capable of producing sound at high volumes and frequencies. Extended exposure to loud sounds can result in permanent hearing damage. Factors such as the device you are using, its volume settings, and your surrounding environment may influence the volume level. Please ensure you read the following safety guidelines before using your Tzuka earbuds.
Safety Guidelines
Before Use
- Set the volume to the lowest level before placing the earbuds in your ears.
- Insert the earbuds into your ears and then gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level.
During Use
- Keep the volume as low as possible to avoid hearing damage.
- Avoid increasing the volume excessively, particularly in noisy environments.
- If you experience ringing in your ears or any discomfort, stop using the earbuds immediately and seek medical advice.
- Continuous exposure to high volumes may result in hearing loss without immediate discomfort.
Safety Precautions
- Using earbuds while operating a vehicle, bicycle, or other transport may be hazardous and could be restricted by law in certain areas. Check your local regulations.
- Remain aware of your surroundings when using your earbuds, especially in situations that require full attention.
- If you have a pacemaker or other medical device, consult your doctor before using the product.
- Keep the product away from children, as small components may pose a choking hazard.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the earbuds, as this may cause electric shock, fire, or permanent damage.
- Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, only approved dealers are authorized to do so.
- Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures outside of the recommended 0°C - 40°C range.
- If the earbuds overheat or become damaged, including on the charging port of the case, discontinue use immediately.
- Observe all signs and instructions that require electrical devices to be switched off in designated areas such as hospitals, aircraft, blasting areas or explosive atmospheres.
- Keep all parts away from heavy machinery
- Do not store next to any airbag deployment area, as injury may occur if deployed.
- Do not use in areas where there are explosive hazards.
- Unplug when the product is fully charged and not in use.
- Dispose of the product in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Stay alert, prioritise safety, and adhere to local regulations. Using earbuds while driving or engaging in activities that require full concentration may be restricted by law. Always check local regulations and use caution to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.

Liability
Tzuka Limited is not liable for damages caused by misuse or for USB devices that do not meet USB specifications.
The earbuds are designed for wireless audio, such as music playback and calls, using Bluetooth technology. Only use this product in environments where Bluetooth wireless transmission is permitted.
Only use accessories or spare parts supplied or recommended by Tzuka.
Improper use, such as using the product for purposes not outlined in the documentation, is prohibited. Tzuka is not liable for any damages occurring from improper use.
Battery Care
- Tzuka earbuds contain a rechargeable battery, which achieves full performance after a few charge cycles.
- Do not leave the earbuds continuously charging, as overcharging may reduce battery lifespan. Unplug when fully charged.
- If unused for a long period, the battery may gradually lose charge.
- Exposure to extreme heat or cold may impact battery life and performance. Always store between 0°C and 40°C.
- Batteries pose a fire or burn risk if mistreated. Only use approved chargers and follow disposal guidelines.
- Lithium ion battery performance may decrease over time as a natural result of aging, and the process of undergoing multiple charge cycles.
Charging Care and Guidelines
- Only use the supplied charger or an approved equivalent.
- Dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Recycle if possible.
- Do not dispose batteries as household waste or in a fire to avoid explosion.
- Charging with an incompatible cable may damage the product and will void any warranty.
- Always follow the user manual for correct charging procedures.
- Never use a damaged charger or attempt to dismantle it, as this may lead to electric shock.
- Do not attempt to charge your product with anything other than the UCB-C cable provided. Use of unauthorised charging cables may void warranty.
- Charge the product according to the instructions provided.

- Do not use a wall charger with more than 5V and 2A output.
- When disconnecting a power cord, pull the plug, not the cord.
- Avoid charging in extreme temperatures (outside of 0°C and 40°C.)

Care Instructions
To keep your TZ7 ULTRA earbuds in optimal condition, follow these care guidelines:
Cleaning
- If dirty, gently wipe the earbuds and case with a damp lint-free cloth, ensuring no water enters the charging ports of the case.
- Firstly remove the eartips from the earbuds carefully. Then clean the eartips with warm soapy water and dry them thoroughly before reattaching.
Storage
- Always store the earbuds in the charging case when not in use to prevent dust and debris from accumulating.
- Do not leave the earbuds exposed to, or use them in extreme heat or cold (above 40°C or below 0°C).
- Do not store the earbuds for extended periods without recharging them (max 3 months)
- Avoid placing the earbuds near strong magnetic fields or electronic devices that could interfere with Bluetooth connectivity.
Waterproofing
- While the earbuds are waterproof (IPX8-rated), ensure the charging case stays dry at all times.
- If the earbuds get wet, dry them thoroughly with a soft cloth before placing them back in the case.
- After exposure to salted or chlorinated water, rinse earbuds with fresh water
- Do not submerge earbuds in water with a depth of more than 1.5m for longer than 1 hour.
