TWO-YEAR LIMITED
WARRANTY

Effective date: 10 August, 2026

This Tzuka Two-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee. It gives you rights in addition to your rights under consumer law. It does not exclude, limit, or suspend those rights, and you may choose to claim under this warranty or under your statutory rights, whichever suits you better.

Scope of Warranty

Tzuka warrants that your Tzuka-branded hardware product ("Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date your Product is delivered to you ("Warranty Period") when used in accordance with Tzuka's user guidelines. Under this warranty, you may direct claims to Tzuka even if the Product was purchased from a third-party retailer.

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, we will do one of the following:

  • Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished genuine Tzuka parts.
  • Exchange the Product for a replacement of the same model.
  • Refund the original purchase price of the Product.

We will discuss the options with you and choose the remedy that is appropriate to the fault. This does not affect the remedies you are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which remain available to you regardless of what we offer under this warranty.

Registering Your Product

We recommend registering your Product in the Tzuka app. Registration lets us verify your purchase date quickly and speeds up any future claim.

You do not have to register to be covered. If you have not registered, we will simply ask for proof of purchase — an order confirmation email or receipt is enough.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or service.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents, that do not affect the functionality of the Product.

We cannot guarantee that a repair or replacement will be possible without loss of any audio you have stored on the Product. Please keep your own copies of any music or audio files you load onto your earbuds.

Limitations of Liability

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

In particular, we do not limit or exclude our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose; or
  • anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To make a claim, contact us at info@tzuka.com or through the details at tzuka.com/support. Proof of purchase may be required.

We will send you a prepaid returns label. We cover the cost of sending a faulty Product back to us, and the cost of returning the repaired or replacement Product to you.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

In the United Kingdom, consumers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Under that Act you generally have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and rights to repair or replacement after that period. Distance purchases are also covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, explained in our Returns Policy.

We currently sell to customers with a United Kingdom delivery address only. If we open sales in other territories, consumers there will have the benefit of their own local consumer protection laws, and this warranty will continue to sit alongside those rights rather than replacing them.

Severability and Governing Law

If any term in this warranty is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.

If you live in England or Wales, this warranty is governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Scots law applies and you may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, Northern Irish law applies and you may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.
